Il mondo del pet ospite a Norimberga
Un’analisi più approfondita dell’eccellente numero di registrazioni mette in evidenza l’importanza e l’internazionalità dell’Interzoo, che da tempo è diventato un appuntamento fondamentale nelle agende dei big player. “Siamo lieti di accogliere a Norimberga i leader di mercato di tutti i segmenti del comparto pet per il più grande Interzoo di tutti i tempi”, afferma Alexander Mattausch che, in qualità di Executive Director Exhibitions, è responsabile del team eventi dell’Interzoo di NürnbergMesse.
Sul sito web dell’Interzoo si possono già cercare gli espositori, suddivisi per gruppi di animali e, all’interno dei gruppi, per categoria di prodotto. Il segmento degli alimenti per animali è tradizionalmente molto rappresentato in tutti i gruppi di animali, lo stesso vale per i leader di mercato internazionali del segmento accessori.
Un gran numero di operatori internazionali del settore degli acquari e dei terrari presenterà le ultime novità nei settori degli acquari, dei terrari, dei mobili, della tecnologia, dell’illuminazione, degli accessori e dell’arredamento. Oltre al cibo per animali, sono ben rappresentate anche le lettiere e i prodotti per la cura dei piccoli mammiferi e degli uccelli. Nel segmento degli animali da giardino, i produttori presentano le loro ultime innovazioni nei settori dei laghetti da giardino, dell’alimentazione invernale e dell’allevamento per hobby. Altri segmenti di prodotto sono gli sport equestri e l’arredamento per negozi. Inoltre, il segmento di prodotti emergente della Petfood Technology sarà integrato sia nell’Interzoo sia nel Petfood Forum Europe che si terrà il 6 maggio 2024, giorno precedente l’inaugurazione, ed è organizzato in collaborazione con WATT Global Media.
Programma collaterale in sintonia con il settore
Il programma collaterale di Interzoo, con sessioni dedicate a paesi e regioni, fornisce approfondimenti appassionanti sui mercati di tutto il mondo e offre un palcoscenico per le principali tendenze dell’industria globale delle forniture per animali da compagnia, in particolare con il Fresh Ideas Stage dedicato a start-up e a prodotti innovativi, nel padiglione 3, e la Product Showcase, nell’area di ingresso della fiera. Completano il programma collaterale i party degli espositori, che hanno luogo l’8 maggio 2024, e il party ufficiale dell’Interzoo, evento di networking per l’industria internazionale delle forniture per il pet, che si tiene il 9 maggio 2024.
Wiesbaden – A sei mesi dall’Interzoo 2024, è già chiaro che nel 2024 il salone leader mondiale del comparto pet sarà più grande che mai. Le richieste di partecipazione ricevute finora superano la superficie espositiva dell’edizione più grande, quella dell’Interzoo 2018, e stabiliranno un nuovo record in termini di superficie espositiva.
Al salone più internazionale del comparto dei prodotti per animali da compagnia sono iscritti attualmente espositori provenienti da 63 paesi e saranno almeno 13 gli stand collettivi internazionali che arricchiranno il salone. Fra di essi vi sono nuovi pavillon di mercati emergenti come l’India, ma anche un gran numero di pavillon europei come lo stand collettivo della Gran Bretagna, che è presente all’Interzoo sin dal 1964.
L’offerta più completa nel settore degli animali da compagnia
Rispetto alla precedente edizione del 2022, la 38a Interzoo (7-10 maggio 2024) avrà a disposizione nel quartiere fieristico di Norimberga due padiglioni in più. Nonostante l’aumento della capacità, a sei mesi dall’inizio del salone gli spazi liberi per gli stand si stanno già esaurendo: è ancora disponibile solo il cinque per cento circa della superficie espositiva prevista. “Questa forte richiesta da parte degli espositori ci fa moltissimo piacere e dimostra l’importanza dell’evento”, afferma Dr. Rowena Arzt, responsabile del settore fiere della Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe GmbH (WZF, Comunità economica tedesca degli operatori specializzati nel settore zoologico), che organizza Interzoo. “Un programma collaterale in perfetta sintonia con il settore, numerosi eventi di networking con innovatori e decisori del settore, la gamma di prodotti e servizi per animali da compagnia più completa al mondo e Norimberga, come luogo e sede espositiva conveniente nel cuore dell’Europa, fanno di Interzoo il salone leader mondiale indiscusso per il comparto dei prodotti per animali da compagnia.”

More space, more quality: Companies from all over the world will exhibit at Interzoo 2024 (7-10 May 2024) to be part of the pet industry’s leading trade fair
Wiesbaden – Six months before Interzoo 2024, it is already clear that the world’s leading trade fair for the pet supplies industry will be bigger than ever before in 2024. The stand registrations have surpassed the exhibition space of Interzoo 2018, the largest to date, therewith setting a new Interzoo-record for exhibition space.
Exhibitors from 63 countries are registered for the pet industry’s most international trade fair and at least 13 international pavilions will enrich the trade fair, including new country pavilions from thriving pet industry such as India, as well as a large number of European pavilions such as the pavilion from the UK, which first appeared at Interzoo in 1964.
The most comprehensive product range in the pet sector
Compared to Interzoo 2022, the 38th edition of the trade show (7-10 May 2024) will make use of two additional exhibition halls, then covering 14 halls in total. Despite the increased number of halls, there is already a shortage of free stand space: Only about five per cent of the exhibition space is still available “The continuing strong demand from exhibitors shows the importance of the event and confirms we’re on the path to a great Interzoo 2024,” says Dr Rowena Arzt, Head of Exhibitions at Interzoo organizer WZF – Pet Industry Services. “Interzoo has become the world’s leading trade fair for the pet industry due to a supporting programme that is at the pulse of the industry, numerous networking events with industry innovators and decision-makers, the world’s most comprehensive range of products and services for pets and Nuremberg as an attractive location and exhibition venue in the heart of Europe.”
Interzoo welcomes the pet world to Nuremberg
A closer look at the excellent registration numbers further underlines the importance and internationality of Interzoo; features that have long made the trade fair a highlight in the marketing plans of big players. “We are delighted to welcome market leaders from all important segments of the pet industry to Nuremberg and are looking forward to celebrate the biggest Interzoo of all time,” says Alexander Mattausch, Executive Director Exhibitions at NürnbergMesse.
The Interzoo website already lists all registered exhibitors. Using the filter option exhibitors can be searched by animal segment and within the segments by product category. The pet food product segment is traditionally strongly represented in all animal segments, as are international market leaders from the accessories segment. A large number of international industry players from the aquarium and terrarium segments will be presenting their latest products in the categories of aquariums, terrariums, furniture, technology, lighting, accessories and furnishings. With regard to small mammals and birds especially pet food, litter and care products are expected to be well represented. In the garden animals segment, manufacturers will be presenting their latest innovations in the areas of garden ponds, winter feeding and hobby farming. Other product segments include equestrian sports and shop fittings. In addition, the thriving Petfood Technology product segment will be complemented both at Interzoo and on the day before, 6 May 2024, by the Petfood Forum Europe, organized in cooperation with WATT Global Media. The conference will bring experts in pet food, processing and packaging together.
Supporting programme at the pulse of the industry
The Interzoo supporting programme with sessions on countries and regions offers exciting insights into markets from all over the world and provides a stage for important trends in the global pet supplies industry, particularly with the Fresh Ideas Stage for start-ups and innovative products in Hall 3 and the Product Showcase in the entrance area of the trade fair. Exhibitor parties (Wednesday, 8 May 2024) and the Interzoo Party as a networking event for the international pet industry (9 May 2024) complete a supporting programme that is right at the pulse of the pet industry.
