- Il Micro Feed System è un sistema dedicato di aggiornamento dell’estrusore progettato per aqua feed con dimensioni inferiori a 2 mm. Il sistema può aumentare la capacità fino al 40% rispetto microfeed operante a velocità ridotte su linee di estrusione standard e rappresenta un importante passo avanti nell’industria.

Paladin 3-Roll Assembly Per i produttori di mangimi per animali, ANDRITZ introduce il suo Assembly Upgrade a 3 rulli per Paladin 2000, un sistema di regolazione automatica dei rulli che fornisce spaziature regolabile tra lo stampo e i rulli che permettere ai produttori di impostare la distanza perfetta per diverse ricette in un singolo mulino a pellet. La misurazione della distanza media per ricette multiple sarà una cosa del passato mentre miglioreranno la qualità dei pellet, la capacità e la potenza di esecuzione.
- Metris Vibe è una soluzione integrata per il monitoraggio delle consizioni che verrà presentata all’industria durante questa fiera. Metris Vibe è un sensore wireless di vibrazioni e temperatura che monitora lo stato di salute di apparecchiature meccaniche indipendentemente dal produttore. Durevoli e wireless, i sensori lavorano in tutti gli ambienti difficili e offrono costi operativi inferiori attraverso una minore manutenzione grazie a capacità predittive, maggiore produttività, maggiore affidabilità di produzione e migliore sicurezza.

ANDRITZ to introduce three innovations at VICTAM International 2022
ANDRITZ is proudly sponsoring VICTAM International 2022 and excited to be launching three brand new innovations for the aqua and animal feed markets at the fair: the Micro Feed System, 3-Rolls Assembly Upgrade for the Paladin 2000 and Metris Vibe.
- The Micro Feed System is a dedicated extruder upgrade system designed for aqua feed that is less than 2 mm in size. The system can increase capacity by up to 40% when compared to running microfeed at reduced speeds on standard extrusion lines, and represents a major breakthrough in the industry.
- For animal feed producers, ANDRITZ will introduce its 3-Rolls Assembly Upgrade for the Paladin 2000, an automatic roller adjustment system that provides adjustable spacing between the die and the rolls to enable producers to set the perfect distance for different recipes in one pellet mill. Average distance measurements for multiple recipes will be a thing of the past, while pellet quality, capacity and power utilization will all improve.
- Metris Vibe, an integrated solution for condition monitoring, will be presented to the feed industry at the show. Metris Vibe is a wireless vibration and temperature sensor that can monitor the health status of mechanical equipment regardless of manufacturer. Durable and wireless, the sensors work in all rough environments and deliver lower operational costs through reduced maintenance due to its predictive capabilities, increased uptime, higher production reliability and improved safety.
