PAF nasce a Padova nel 1965 come azienda specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di impianti di aspirazione e trattamento aria.
Nel corso degli anni PAF ha ampliato il suo business creando le divisioni DMA Heat Technology (forni industriali per il trattamento termico dei materiali) e milling system (molini e mangimifici) proponendosi all’industria alimentare con propri impianti.
L’ufficio tecnico interno, le competenze dei propri collaboratori e i costanti investimenti in Ricerca e Sviluppo, hanno permesso alla PAF di sviluppare per l’industria molitoria/mangimistica un proprio know-how e di farsi conoscere, con le sue realizzazioni, sia in Italia che all’estero.
PAF assiste i clienti mettendo a disposizione la propria struttura tecnica fin dalla progettazione unifilare di base per poi sviluppare il layout definitivo degli impianti da fornire.
Gli impianti vengono progettati e costruiti assieme al cliente. L’azienda produce internamente tutti i componenti della filiera a partire dal ricevimento, prepulitura e e stoccaggio dei prodotti per passare alla pulitura e alla macinazione, arrivando infine alla miscelazione ed all’insacco.
Il cliente viene seguito direttamente anche per la parte relativa all’automazione per offrire un servizio completo “chiavi in mano”. L’alta qualità di tutti i materiali impiegati nelle sue realizzazioni la rende particolarmente orgogliosa di valorizzare il Made in Italy in tutto il mondo.
Aspetto amplificato anche perché PAF consiglia il proprio personale tecnico meccanico ed elettrico per l’impiego (almeno in supervisore), per le installazioni, i collaudi finali e soprattutto per il service successivo e programmato.
Nella progettazione dei mangimifici, PAF ritiene fondamentali alcuni aspetti che i propri tecnici hanno sviluppato approfonditamente. Il primo riguarda la pulizia degli impianti proposti: la disposizione delle varie macchine e la cura maniacale del layout vengono studiati per evitare il deposito di prodotto, origine di infestazioni batteriologiche. Il secondo aspetto riguarda l’efficientamento energetico puntuale di tutta la parte elettrica con l’utilizzo di tecnologie all’avanguardia; inoltre, degli specialisti all’interno della PAF seguono i clienti per il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e delle direttive Atex.
La PAF ha sviluppato nel campo della miscelazione un sistema di dosaggio, con precisione al grammo, degli ingredienti delle ricette che permette al cliente di proporre al mercato mangimi di qualità superiore e prestigio.
PAF dispone di un Technical & Sales Department con la padronanza delle principali lingue mondiali, in modo tale da essere pronta ed efficiente per qualsiasi richiesta avanzata dal cliente.

PAF group was founded in 1965 in Padua, as a company specialized in the design of suction and air treatment systems.
Over the years, PAF has widened its business creating two different divisions: the DMA Heat Technology (industrial furnaces for heat treatments) and the milling system (mills and feed mills) entering the food industry with its own systems.
PAF develops its own know-how in the mills/feed mills thanks to the in-house technical department, the skills of its collaborators and the constant investments in R&D that give the group the chance to be recognized and valued in Italy and abroad.
PAF assists its customers by providing the technical structure from the basic single-line design to the final layout development of the systems that will be supplied.
The systems are designed and built together with the customer.
The company internally produces all the components of the supply chain from the reception and storage of the products to the cleaning and grinding, to the mixing and bagging. PAF group offers a turnkey service supporting its customers since the automation phase. All the elements are high quality materials, and that allows the company to proudly enhance Made in Italy all over the world.
This aspect is also amplified because PAF recommends the support of its own mechanical and electrical technical staff (at least as a supervisor), for installations, final tests and above all for subsequent and scheduled service.
In designing the feed mills, PAF considers some aspects that its technicians have developed in depth to be fundamental: The first concerns the cleaning of the proposed systems: the arrangement of the various machines and the obsessive care of the layout are designed to avoid product deposit, the origin of bacteriological infestations. The second aspect concerns the punctual energy efficiency of the entire electrical part with the use of cutting-edge technologies; in addition, specialists within the PAF support the customers for compliance with safety regulations and Atex directives. In the field of mixing, PAF has developed a metering system, precise to the gram, of the recipes ingredients that allows the customers to offer the market feed a superior quality and prestige of their products.
