Quello del pet food è un mercato in crescita costante, che impone un’attenzione al prodotto sempre maggiore e che premia chi sa distinguersi per l’eccellenza della propria offerta. Nutriamo ha saputo imporsi sui mercati internazionali grazie a una scelta mirata: puntare sulla Ricerca & Sviluppo, investire sull’innovazione, confezionare un’offerta distintiva nel mix di apporto nutrizionale, gusto e originalità nella proposta di idee gourmand.
Cosa rappresenta per Nutriamo un elemento imprescindibile nell’offerta di valore? “In primis, la tracciabilità delle carni e di tutte le materie prime che entrano a far parte della lista degli ingredienti, un punto di forza che ci distingue nel panorama dei produttori – afferma Antonio Massocco, C.O.O. dell’azienda. In generale, direi i nostri sistemi di controllo dei processi di lavorazione”.
È qui che entra in gioco P.E. Oggi l’azienda di Castiglione delle Stiviere, in provincia di Mantova, ha installato due macchine etichettatrici P.E. Che tipo di soluzioni sono state volute e quali le motivazioni primarie che hanno orientato queste scelte? “Abbiamo scelto, per alcuni anacronisticamente, il sistema di incollaggio a rullo per garantire un’applicazione affidabile ad alte velocità anche su etichette con caratteristiche meccaniche particolarmente ostiche – spiega Massocco. In P.E. abbiamo trovato un partner di fiducia non solo nella bontà delle soluzioni di etichettatura, ma anche nel servizio, visti i velocissimi tempi di consegna e installazione”.
Le due macchine P.E. installate da Nutriamo sono etichettatrici automatiche estremamente affidabili, che applicano etichette avvolgenti in carta con tecnologia colla a caldo, presentano 24 teste e raggiungono la velocità di 36.000 bph.
Parliamo di risultati: che benefici ha ottenuto finora Nutriamo dalle macchine P.E.? “Il risultato più importante per noi è aver sostanzialmente annullato i reclami del mercato per lattine con etichetta non applicata correttamente. Un traguardo che ha impattato notevolmente sulla generazione di valore legata al marchio dei nostri clienti e, in generale, sullo sviluppo del nostro business – conferma Massocco. Ci aspettiamo che i vantaggi derivanti dalle soluzioni di etichettatura P.E. continuino a crescere all’aumento delle velocità su alcuni tipi di applicazione”.
E ora uno sguardo al Mercato: cosa aspettarsi dal futuro?
“Il pet food lancia sfide importanti lato qualità e diversificazione dell’offerta – afferma Massocco – e in Nutriamo giochiamo d’anticipo. Il ruolo dell’etichettatura dei nostri prodotti continua ad essere centrale: utilizziamo infatti materiali sempre diversi e serviamo mercati le cui condizioni logistiche mettono a dura prova l’adesione delle etichette. Per questo l’affidabilità della tecnologia è imprescindibile. Grazie ad essa possiamo fare la differenza e soddisfare anche le richieste più estreme di personalizzazione di confezionamento. Tanto che stiamo già pensando di acquistare una nuova macchina etichettatrice P.E., che rappresenta un’evoluzione in più”.

For its production activity, Nutriamo must overcome important critical issues every day, such as being able to use labels of all types of paper and sizes at high speeds and top-quality standards. Today, the company from Castiglione delle Stiviere, in the province of Mantua, has installed two P.E. labelling machines. What kinds of solutions were sought and what were the primary reasons that have guided these choices? “We have chosen to be seemingly anachronistic, the roller gluing system to guarantee a reliable application at high speeds even on labels with particularly difficult mechanical characteristics – explains Massocco. The two P.E. machines installed by Nutriamo are extremely reliable automatic labelling machines, which apply wrapping paper labels with hot glue technology, have 24 heads, and reach speeds of 36,000 bph.
Let’s talk about results: what benefits has Nutriamo obtained from P.E. machines so far? “The most important result for us is to have substantially nullified the market complaints for cans with incorrectly applied labels. It is a milestone that has significantly affected the generation of value linked to the brand of our customers and, in general, the development of our business – confirms Massocco. “Pet Food launches important challenges in terms of quality and diversification of the offer – says Massocco – and in Nutriamo we intend to stay ahead of the game.
